In life there are few things that touch you in physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally while uniting people across the world. Food, which is something that everyone on the planet needs, often gets overlooked as part of another list of mundane tasks that must be completed throughout the day but, if you take time to slow down and examine what you are eating you will find that what you are putting in your mouth is a history of culture and economic influences. One of the cuisines that experienced the greatest cultural exchange is Latin American cuisine. Its flavors stem from Spain, France, China and Africa.
We invite you to come to Sabores to get a taste of the flavors that have created a rich history of a growing segment of the American population.
